Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lock and Safe Shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lock and Safe Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lock and Safe Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lock and Safe Shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Lock and Safe Shop without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Lock and Safe Shop may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Lock and Safe Shop.
Miscellaneous
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Lock and Safe Shop products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Lock and Safe Shop's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Lock and Safe Shop may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Lock and Safe Shop or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Lock and Safe Shop does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Lock and Safe Shop is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Lock and Safe Shop reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Lock and Safe Shop in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lock and Safe Shop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Lock and Safe Shop may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Lock and Safe Shop, Lock and Safe Shop has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Lock and Safe Shop. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Lock and Safe Shop seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Images All images are for illustration purposes only and are subject to change by the manufacturers at any time, we endeavour to keep these up to date but sometimes there can be slight differences in the actual product delivered.
Aborted Delivery We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery an additional 30% of the purchase price will be charged to your account. An aborted delivery is generally caused by incorrect delivery instructions such as: - Inaccessible doorways and/or corridors
- More steps/stairs than expected or lifts that are out of service/unavailable for use
Providing we have all of the correct information we should always be able to avoid an aborted delivery, however it is the responsibility of the customer to advise us in advance of anything they may deem to be a problem, using the guidelines listed above. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of any product on our website please contact us by email or telephone 0800 0612 545, so that we can provide the best advice possible and avoid any unnecessary charges being incurred.Â
Unwanted Goods
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days, commencing on the day after you receive the goods, in which you can cancel your order for a full refund. You must do this in writing, fax or email, a phone call is not sufficient. You are required to return the goods to us and at your own expense. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and return them together with any original packaging. Certain items may not be returned for a refund because these fall under the category of customised orders, for example anything made specifically to order. This includes keyed alike goods and master suited items. Items being returned unsealed may incur charges. Customers are required to obtain a Returns Case Number before returning any items via the form here.
Customers where possible should always use a courier company to return unwanted goods. As an online retailer we operate from offices located on Fleet High Street with no parking facilities. Customers returning goods themselves should be prepared to deliver them to a 1st floor office from a local car park. For heavier items we are unable to offer assistance on the grounds of health and safety.
Please note that businesses will be charged a 30% restocking fee on all items returned within the 7 day period, these items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. All purchases for businesses that are special/customised orders or have a value in excess of �100 cannot be cancelled at any point or returned after the order has been placed. All orders of this nature become the property of the purchaser upon placement. Please be aware of this prior to placing any customised orders as refunds cannot be processed.Â
Important - Your Delivery & Damages We highly recommend inspecting the condition of your delivery upon receipt. If there are any visible signs of damage, you should sign for it as 'Damaged' and report it to us within 24 hours via phone, email or via our website; this will enable us to deal with the situation effectively and resolve any issues. Any damages discovered after opening the packaging must be reported as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery. If images are requested, these must be also be provided within the 7 day time frame.Â
All deliveries including those that qualify for free delivery are applicable for the first delivery attempt only. Please be aware that attempted or missed deliveries may result in additional charges to rearrange and deliver. General Delivery NotesAny dispatch dates are given in good faith.
Please note that all deliveries unless specified otherwise are kerbside drop off only. In some cases we can provide quotes for positioning and installation, please call for further advice.Â
We reserve the right to wait 30 days before considering an item lost in the post.
The returns policy for faulty/damaged goods offered by Lock and Safe Shop does not cover cosmetic faults such as scratches or damage to trim or associated marks caused by normal use of the product. The warranty is also void if the manufacturer's instructions have not been followed or if the product has been subject to misuse, modification, careless use or excess force. In the event that our chosen delivery company cannot deliver and the product is returned to ourselves we reserve the right to cover the fees levied on us by our courier for these shipments.
Telephone and email communication
Lock and Safe Shop reserve to right to choose only to correspond via email in certain instances where it has become apparent that the customer has been aggressive or abusive to its staff, all of our phone calls are logged and recorded, in instances like this we will refuse to enter into further telephone conversations and attempt to resolve the issues via email only, in the unlikely event that the abuse continues via email, we reserve the right to terminate all communication until such time as the other party can reinstate talks in a proper manner.
Credit/Debit Card Charge-back Policy Web 3 Retail Ltd operate several on-line stores, information about these is
listed in the "About Us" section of the individual stores. In the event
of customers doing charge-backs on a card transactions of any kind, for
reasons that they do not recognise the transaction name, Web 3 Retail  Ltd reserve the right to recharge these transactions plus an
administration fee of �10 or 10% whichever is greater. It is up to you
the customer to carry out due diligence regarding any purchases you have
made from the internet and make sure that whatever shows on your
statement is checked against our other trading names before thinking
about raising a charge-back. Dependent upon your method of payment and
the store you made the purchase from it could show as either of the
following names: Discount Locks, Web 3 Retail Ltd, Ideal Home Store,
the actual store name or something similar.
